Your right of withdrawal.

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract was concluded.

2. How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us with a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email):

You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

4. Services started during the withdrawal period

If you asked us to begin the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the moment you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

Your full first week of training is free, so no payment is due for it. A paid subscription starts only after the free week, and the right of withdrawal applies from the moment you purchase it.
